You are bidding on a Massey 40 boom loader. This loader was bought new buy us, and has remained at our store since it was new. It has a great running gas engine and is around 40hp. It has powersteering as well. The loader is very strong on this tractor. It will pick up small tractors like 8n’s completely off the ground. It comes with rear wheel weights as well as the weight box on back. The tires on front have about 10% tread and the rear tires have about 20% tread. Now here are the issues. The left brake does not work, but the right works great. Next, it will pop out of reverse every now and then. The clutch is in good working order. We have upgraded to a bigger loader, so we no longer need this one.

We reserve the right to end the auction early due to local traffic. All sales are final. If you are going to purchase a tractor out right from us, payment is to be received by cash in person, or cashiers check within 7 days after the auction ends. NO PAYPAL PAYMENT or PERSONAL CHECKS.
Sales Tax!
We are a Massey Ferguson and Kubota dealership, so 2.5% sales tax will apply to your purchase no matter what state you live in, unless we deliver it to you out of state, or you have a valid tax exempt certificate. Sorry, but this is Alabama law.
Shipping!
We can get it hauled for a 2.50 a loaded mile, with a minimum of $250. We will deliver up to 300 miles. Also, the tractor must be paid for in full before delivery, NO EXCEPTIONS
