Tractor was used to move mobile home sections. Most of the engine hours are from idling. P.T.O. used very rarely for mowing. Very strong dependable tractor that has never had any mechanical problems. Has the power and hydraulics to run a loader or backhoe. Dealer added a second Hydraulic cylinder to the Hitch to match the A/C cab version in rear lift ability. A great machine, Massey’s are known for their power and reliability. I am only selling because I do not set-up Mobile Homes anymore, the market no longer exists in Florida. I am tired of letting this machine sit around not being used. Tractor is listed for sale elsewhere so I reserve the right to stop the auction at any time. I will be purchasing a smaller Tractor with loader or a Bobcat so trades with EQUIPMENT AND CASH will be considered if you are looking to upgrade to a bigger tractor. I can deliver but any bidder located outside of Florida must contact me so I can get a Transporter quote or determine the feasibility of delivering. In any case a purchaser who cannot pick-up and lives more than 50 miles from my zipcode will incur additional transport costs. I can give you a quote as long as you contact me prior to the last 12 hours of auction. A deposit will be due via PayPal within 24 hours of auction end. Deposit will vary depending on transportation costs. Tractor will be relisted if deposit is not made. Ballance will be paid when item is picked up and will be in cash or certified check.
